Role: Editor, Animator This is a promotional video that was featured on the home page of the Lee Jeans website, showcasing the collaboration between Lee Jeans and Angel Chen. -
Transatlantic HondaJet Mission
Role: Co-Editor (cam op for a couple shots of the plane on the tarmac at HondaJet Headquarters) With 1.8 million views and counting, this well received video is an educational and entertaining look at what is involved with flying a Honda Jet across the Atlantic ocean. -

Role: 1st AC I do a lot of work with the video team at Honda Aircraft Company. Many of the projects are internal and I'm not able to show them. It's always exciting when we do a public facing video, and this is one of my favorites. -
COSCO - Life Unfolds
Roles: Director, Co-Writer, Editor When I was the Video Creative director at Kreber, Cosco hired us to create a video to play at a managers conference. They didn't know what they wanted, and we came up with a video that centers around one of their products, the humble card table. We realized, even though the card table is at the center, it's the life events that happen around it that people connect with. It's pulled out for special occasions, extra projects, holiday dinners. This led us to the concept for the tag line "Life Unfolds". (most of the cosco products, ladders, stepstools, card tables, etc, fold and unfold for easy storage) It's not about the product, it's what the products enable you to do. -
Life on a Dairy Farm
Roles: DP, Director, Editor. Producer: Matt Lange, Dairy Advantage. Mini documentary focusing on milk quality, feed harvesting & storage, and reproduction at Myers Farm, a North Carolina Dairy. This was presented at the World Dairy Expo, so some of it is a little technical if you're not in the dairy biz. Monday Motivation - High Point University
I've worked with High Point University for several years (contracted through K2 productions) shooting, assisting, and doing a ton of video editing on-site. I was there several weeks out of each month for the past few years. During this time I shot and edited live events, b-roll shoots, talking-heads, internal videos, lectures, etc. This is just one example. It's from a series of a motivational videos sent out to students every Monday. It's not complicated, but it's one that I was Director of Photography on and also edited. -

Discovery Education S.O.S. - Twenty Questions
This is one of 18 different explainer videos I was hired to Edit/Animate for Discovery Education, a branch of the Discovery Channel that creates educational content for teachers. These videos were created to explain the rules of various class exercises. I was given a script and audio recording, and sometimes photos, but very limited direction regarding the visuals, so I got to stretch my creativity a bit to figure out what the scenes should look like, and how to transition to the next section, etc. -

Asheville Regional Airport Commercial
This was one of the first projects I worked on with K2 Productions. They hired me as a second camera operator / camera assistant on the shoot. We did a series of three commercials for the airport which is the third busiest airport in North Carolina. -
Kreber Video Reel 2016
At Kreber (the largest photo studio in North Carolina) I functioned as the Video Creative Director. Leading the team to produce a variety of videos for clients like Electrolux/Frigidaire, Hanes Brands, Fairfield Chair, Cosco, and others. This is the reel I edited for them. While there, I worked on most of the projects that came through, functioning as either Director, DP, or Editor, and usually a combination. -
